Why am I afraid to give a presentation? Why can't I allow closeness? Why can't I handle the pressure from my supervisor? Our personality consists of different parts, known as Ego States. They are a normal component of the human psyche, each having its own role, mood, and function. When the needs of Ego States are ignored, and associated unpleasant experiences are repeated or not processed, it can lead to problems or even mental illnesses. Through targeted therapeutic communication with and between Ego States, also with the help of hypnosis, blockages can be resolved and suffering can be alleviated.
