Speaking and singing situations require our entire body. Intent to speak, breathing, voice, articulation, and body language all work together. Breathing is the foundation for appropriate vocalization and vocal presence. Learning to breathe correctly is possible – with the help of rhythmically adapted phonation (AAP). In this approach, voice and speech are meant to naturally adapt to the breathing rhythm.
