The crime author Daniel Quinn has become increasingly isolated after the death of his wife and son. One night, he receives a call and is summoned for help by a stranger. To prevent a murder, he takes on the role of a private detective and becomes ensnared in an incredible story. As he hunts through New York, the criminal case turns into a game of identities. The first edition of "City of Glass," published by Rowohlt in the late nineties, was awarded the Max and Moritz Prize at the Comic Salon Erlangen in 1998.
