Abstract: The requirements for user documentation for business applications are very diverse, coming from various areas and often interdependent. The aim of this thesis is to present these different requirements in a structured, universally applicable, and clear format. To achieve this, I first collected the most important requirements and assigned them to specific topics. In addition to a simple listing of these requirements, the necessary background knowledge will also be roughly conveyed to illustrate their importance and feasibility.
