Product details
In the present study, Jannike Fichte views resilience as a personal resource, examines overlaps with the personality disposition of emotional stability, and focuses on managers. The results confirm a significant correlation between resilience and emotional stability, a prototypical personality structure of resilient individuals, as well as indications that resilience cannot be learned. Overlaps between the constructs of 'resilience' and 'emotional stability' among managers were found in certain areas.
