Today, even those who are open-minded regarding foreigners cannot avoid explicitly emphasizing their belonging to a different culture. Moreover, as a person with a migration background, the foreigner will not shed their affiliation with a foreign culture even in subsequent generations. What concept of society underlies the inflation of the term culture in the current debate (foreign culture, our culture, leading culture, multiculturalism, etc.)? What kind of differences are supposed to be cultural differences? Do members of other cultures adhere to different standards regarding democracy, freedom, and law?
