Product details
This work provides a comprehensive overview of the various organizations and groups within the autonomist and separatist Rhineland movement, as well as the discussions they initiated regarding the Rhineland question and the related domestic and foreign political processes (Reich reform, Entente's Germany policy, Rhine border). The study is based on German, French, Belgian, and British archival materials. For the first time, the records of the French High Commissioner and President of the Rhineland Commission, Paul Tivard, have been utilized, with some of these documents being published here for the first time.
