Since July 2010, the law for the reform of account seizure protection has been in effect, but it has not yet been able to fully convince. In addition to several court decisions and legislative amendments, particularly regarding the issue of the beginning of the month, further new questions have arisen from practice. The elimination of sections 55 of the Social Code I and 76a of the Income Tax Act, or the unresolved issue of debtor P-accounts, as well as the question of whether old exemption orders still apply, provide ample material for discussion.
