After the fundamental reform of the consumer insolvency proceedings, this work provides a detailed examination of the process of personal insolvency under the new regulations. Many examples vividly illustrate practical experiences under the changed conditions. In particular, the case law of the Federal Court of Justice as well as the lower courts is given special consideration.
