The standard work on insolvency law regarding remuneration rights, in a fully revised edition, offers a comprehensive presentation of the legal status as of the end of 2025, with a focus on the new regulations of the InsVV through the SanInsFoG, the remuneration regulations of the StaRUG, as well as remuneration in self-administration procedures, including provisional administrators and administrators. It combines a clear doctrinal foundation with a critical, objective assessment of current case law.

Professor Dipl.-Rpfl. Ulrich Keller teaches enforcement law and insolvency law at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and has also worked as a legal clerk in insolvency matters.
