The Malian education system was long dominated by public educational institutions, but gradually private educational institutions emerged and developed. Currently, all areas of the Malian education system are dominated by private educational institutions. This influence is even greater in the field of technical and vocational education, where over 70% of students are taught. Against the backdrop of the explosive increase in student numbers, this influence is maintained and promoted by the state authorities, who have signed agreements with private schools. However, the sustainability of these agreements is threatened by numerous risks faced by private schools: institutional risks, financial risks, management risks, operational risks, etc. Most private schools, however, are not able to bear these risks. This article aims to highlight these risks using a quantitative methodology and propose solutions to make these private schools more efficient so that they can provide high-quality educational services to their clients, the students.
