Mr. Beaver sends a message in a bottle from the other side of the river. He invites everyone to a picnic! But oh dear! How is Duck Quaaks supposed to get across the river? He can't swim at all. His friends Hare and Rosina Mouse help with a tire, a board, and a pool noodle, but Quaaks just sinks like lead in the water. He almost wants to skip the party, but his friends don't give up!
