It is hot in the Amazon rainforest, stuffy, humid, dark, and full of lurking shadows. To survive in this world, one must be street-smart and a little crazy. Just like Matos, a riverboat captain by trade, ready for any misdeed as long as the price is right and not too many questions are asked. When he and his crew are tasked with transporting a mysterious passenger and his suitcase, the air on their ship fills with lead faster than they would like. The entire trip turns into a bloody nightmare that only the toughest among the passengers can survive.
