Heat sealing machines feature a 2-way knife for effective cutting of materials, controlled by an electronic timer to ensure repeatability. They can weld a variety of different materials, including antistatic materials and polyethylene. Depending on the material used, these devices can seal 2 layers with 25 microns (2 x 100 thickness) up to 2 x 200 microns (2 x 800 thickness). RS heat sealing hose: 62.5 micrometers (250 AWG).
