Product details

Rudolf Nureyev tells the story of the world's most famous ballet dancer. Born in 1938 in Siberia, he graduated from the prestigious Leningrad State Choreography School (now the Vaganova Ballet Academy) at just 17 years old. During a tour in Paris in 1961, he sought asylum in France. With his choreographies, he revived many classical ballet works such as "The Nutcracker," "Don Quixote," and "Swan Lake," bringing them into the modern era. He equalized the male roles with those of the ballerina and danced with the most famous dancers of the 20th century. Rudolf Nureyev was a passionate individual until his early death in 1993 and remains an unparalleled icon of ballet. What a primal force Rudolf Nureyev was, what an event. He was and still is a star. He was obsessed, obsessed with T.
