In addition to our successful Russian textbook, there is now a collection of pronunciation exercises accompanied by two audio CDs. The aim of these exercises is to help learners understand the pronunciation of Russian in contrast to German. Explanations regarding intonation, the Russian sound system, and individual sounds are designed to make the differences to German clear. The exercises then train the pronunciation of various sounds and sound combinations in words and sentences, while also practicing the correct intonations. The two audio CDs contain all the exercises from the book. The individual words and sentences are spoken with pauses, allowing them to be repeated while listening.
