Sadashiv Raoji Patil (born October 10, 1933, in Kolhapur, Maharashtra) is a former Indian cricketer who played in a Test match in 1955. He also played 36 first-class matches for Maharashtra. Cricket is a team sport played with a bat and ball, which was first documented in the 16th century in southern England. By the end of the 18th century, cricket had developed to the point of becoming England's national sport. The expansion of the British Empire led to cricket being played abroad, and by the mid-19th century, the first international matches took place.
