The commentary addresses the newly restructured energy law shaped in many respects by the legislation of 2016 and the European energy legal framework. Given the increased complexity of energy law, the extensive material can only be adequately managed with the help of a six-volume comprehensive commentary, providing the user with a complete, precise, and reliable overview of current legal issues based on administrative practice, case law, and literature.
