In the Black Forest Clinic St. Blasius, caregiver Kevin dedicates himself wholeheartedly to his patients. When the 19-year-old lends a hand to the injured Jan, the two soon find themselves in an exciting orgy. Kevin's adventures continue: on his journey to Berlin, he is promptly deflowered by a Czech truck driver. Upon arriving in Berlin, he then meets his longtime friend Marc, with whom he deepens his experience and goes through it once more. Even the assistant doctor at the Black Forest Clinic, whom Kevin usually regards with suspicion, has taken an interest in the young caregiver.
