In the completely revised and significantly expanded new edition of the BdB manual "Damage Symptoms on Woody Plants," all important pests affecting woody plants are presented in the usual manner, along with recommended countermeasures. Due to globalization and climate change, various pests have either intensified or emerged anew in recent years. The updated and revised BdB manual "Damage Symptoms on Woody Plants" has therefore been expanded to include numerous new pests and is equipped with more than 250 new precise photos. Additionally, new plant genera that have gained importance in the past have been included. All significant diseases and pests occurring in the nursery sector are described in detail based on damage symptoms, distribution, occurrence, and control measures. With the help of images, damage symptoms on woody plants can be accurately identified.
