Product details

Doris Stauffer, born in 1934, is an artist, art educator, and a key co-founder of the Zurich Women's Liberation Movement (FBB) as well as the F+F School for Experimental Design (now F+F School for Art and Media Design). Through teaching formats like teamwork, she advocated for unconventional forms of education and repeatedly championed a feminism that explores new territories through public actions, her artistic work, and the witch course she founded. To this day, Doris Stauffer continues to work as a columnist and art educator. This new monograph highlights the various fields of activity of Doris Stauffer. In addition to an overview of her photographs, artworks, and actions, it also features images, documents, and texts from her educational work. Key themes include photography classes, assemblages, FBB, and F+.
