The publication is the first title in a planned series of 10 volumes, focusing on accessing literary texts through illustrations and visual worlds. The series offers teaching models for folk and art fairy tales, myths, and classics of children's literature, aimed at stimulating imagination and creativity, developing the perception of literary structures in connection with storytelling, and enhancing reading competence and motivation. It provides detailed text and image interpretations, information on children's literature and media reception, as well as teaching models and suggestions. The first volume presents the original, largely unknown visual world of Swiss artist Warja Lavater through the example of the fairy tale Snow White, and documents in teaching suggestions and models how this can be implemented in an abstract drawing.
