The design and concept of the upper secondary volume are based on the successfully introduced student volumes of the P.A.U.L. D. series for lower secondary education and continue this approach. The educational standards established by the KMK in 2012 are also taken into account. P.A.U.L. D. for the upper secondary level serves both as a traditional teaching resource and as a practice book for self-directed learning processes, as well as a reference work. It offers differentiated suggestions for the exploration of topics and texts. This also reflects a development process that facilitates lesson preparation for teachers.
