Creation is one of the central topics in religious education in primary schools and spans many subjects and learning areas from grades 1 to 4. At the same time, it is a very colorful and exciting topic for the students that connects directly to their everyday lives. Various working and social forms, as well as diverse methods such as ball bearings or placemats, further motivate the children and encourage them to work independently. The topic of creation, with its numerous facets, is explored in various ways in accordance with curriculum guidelines: students read the creation stories, become enthusiastic about the beauty of the world, and learn how important it is to preserve creation through their behavior and actions. The special relationship between God and His image, humanity, is always at the center of this exploration.
