Saved Living 317 West 95 = Hannah, Hannah Arendt wrote in May 1941 from New York to her ex-husband Günther Anders, who had already emigrated to Hollywood in 1936. Despite all the differences in their philosophical theories, the experience of anti-Semitism and flight remained the background and driving force of their writing for both Arendt and Anders. This volume presents the correspondence between the two, conducted between 1939 and 1975, as well as jointly authored texts or those created in thematic proximity to each other.
