Food and drink are essential for our health, but they also represent joy and enjoyment in life. When a person suffers from a swallowing disorder (dysphagia), these abilities and needs are more or less restricted. This book addresses the topic of dysphagia and is aimed at students of speech therapy who wish to engage fundamentally with this field of work.
