Magic is an ancient teaching whose truth can be recognized by anyone and requires no other proof than the acknowledgment of its truth. The components of human constitution and those of the universe, which are intimately connected and interact with one another, have been preserved as a religious secret by adepts for thousands of years. This teaching was only shared with those deemed worthy of being initiated into these and similar secrets. Indeed, this teaching can be found in the Indian Vedas (Upanishads), in the writings of mystics, alchemists, Rosicrucians, and Kabbalists, as well as in the Bible, but it is presented in all these works only allegorically and in the guise of fables, so that only those who have already recognized it can find it therein.
