Anna Clara Theresia Fischer-Dückelmann (July 5 or July 7, 1856, in Wadowice, Galicia; November 5 or November 13, 1917, in Ascona) was a life reformer, physician, and author. She was the daughter of the Austro-Hungarian military doctor and landowner Friedrich Dückelmann and spent her youth in Vienna and Tragwein. In 1880, she married the philosopher Arnold Fischer in Graz against her parents' wishes and moved with him to Frankfurt am Main. There, she was the editor of the magazine Volkswohl. As the mother of three children, she moved with her entire family to Zurich, where she studied medicine from 1890 to 1896 and earned her doctorate with a dissertation on observations in the Zurich Women's Clinic.
