Sarcastic statements, conceptually minimalist in form, characterize the new artistic works of sculptor Sepp Auer, which are gathered here into a thematic cycle. Grouped fragments from an industrially designed, disenchanted world are printed with extremely reduced, encoded messages from the realm of cheap personal ads. The minimalist typology becomes a carrier of narrative signals that disrupt and irritate in this context, as they confidently and ironically bring back a reality of life that has been repressed by this purified, aseptic art.
