The Song of Solomon, an apocryphal part of the Old Testament, includes fragments and songs from early Greek times, when the people of the Mediterranean region began to awaken from uniformity and harmony to individuality. It also features the choral strophes from Euripides' Medea, as well as primitive songs of the Eskimos, whose origins are not documented since they were passed down only through singing before they were recently recorded. Three worlds, three cultures, three languages; contrasts.
