Product details

The story of a fascinating East-West German love in New York. In 1987, she left her country because she needed more freedom than it could offer. However, Christiane never met the man she was supposedly going to marry. Instead, she lives illegally in New York and makes a living as a waitress. Then she meets Jeff, who reminds her of her true ambition and talent. With great sacrifices, they set up an experimental stage. Eight years later, everything has changed: the wall is gone. In search of a true image, photographer Leah comes from West Germany to New York. When she encounters the elegant American Jo, the spark of desire ignites instantly. But the American is surrounded by a secret. She refuses to be photographed and keeps disappearing behind the scenes of a theater in the Village.
