In recent years, the book market has primarily seen titles related to mediation that focus on learning or teaching mediation and have advanced the theoretical and scientific examination of the subject. To our knowledge, there is currently no book in this form that addresses customers, clients, and interested parties in mediation.

As a team of authors and mediators, we have always felt the need for such a book on mediation that fits in any bag, can be easily read on a train or plane, is simple to gift, and explains mediation in a practical and concise manner. Therefore, one day we decided to write it ourselves.

This small book is written for readers who have heard the word "mediation" but would like to get a brief and clear overview of it.
