The book covers fundamental topics in signal processing, focusing on the implementation of algorithms in MATLAB and Simulink. This includes the development of analog and digital filters using both classical and specialized design methods, multirate signal processing with filter banks, polyphase filters, CIC and IFIR filters, as well as adaptive filters. Newly included are fractional-delay filters and their realization as so-called Farrow filters.
