The secure segmentation of words into syllables has been proven to improve reading ability and spelling. With this resource, students independently and playfully engage with the topic of syllable division: equipped with a task sheet and assignment cards, they complete exercises at 12 mandatory and 14 optional stations. Learning assessments with a grading key provide a quick overview of the children's performance level. Issues with syllable division, such as the separation of double consonants, can then be specifically addressed.
