Product details
The health benefits of meditation have long been known. For many years, the anthroposophical physician Dr. med. Hendrik Vögler has provided introductions to meditation to promote life forces. The aim is to seek meaning and existence in meditation. At the center is an exercise that the author has independently developed from the instructions of Rudolf Steiner. Step by step, a sequence of exercises is built up, leading from simple concentration exercises through imaginations to thoughts and images of the deepest connection between humanity and the cosmos. The author was unable to complete his book. As a sketch on the topic of meditation, his legacy is presented here to a broader audience interested in spiritual development.
