Six Sigma, as a modern, customer-oriented quality management strategy, offers a crucial promising approach that combines the generic competitive strategies of cost leadership and differentiation. Serkan Tavasli designs a method for the development, evaluation, analysis, and aggregation of key performance indicators within a process measurement system using the Six Sigma strategy. He begins by defining Six Sigma, categorizing the strategy within common approaches, and distinguishing it from prevailing quality management strategies.
