The youth initiative GUT DRAUF by the Federal Centre for Health Education aims to raise awareness and promote behavioral change among young people regarding nutrition, physical activity, and stress regulation. Therefore, GUT DRAUF takes a holistic and life-world-oriented approach, focusing on the socialization fields of young people. The author Sarah Häseler examines a practical example of the GUT DRAUF youth initiative in terms of the factors necessary for cross-field cooperation that are essential for a life-world-oriented approach.
