The debates on the concept of justice that have been intensely conducted in recent decades particularly revolve around the Euro- and androcentrism of the concept, which remains tied to a Western (hetero-)normative framework. This volume presents postcolonial, feminist, queer, and anti-racist contributions that explore whether justice norms expand the agency of marginalized groups and communities or stabilize the existing power relations between those who are constituted as givers of justice and those who are seen as receivers.
