Product details

Alexander Yendell explores whether all recipients of vocational training can participate equally. He presents a multiparadigmatic analysis in light of educational sociology and educational economics studies. His examination of continuing education data from 1989 to 2008 reveals significant differences in participation in further education among social groups, labor market segments, industries, and internal company hierarchies. In addition to important indicators of participation in vocational training, the study also uncovers weaknesses in existing research on continuing education, whose explanatory approaches are often inadequate.
