The new edition: The comprehensive textbook on special administrative law, first published by Achterberg and Püttner in 1990/91, is now appearing in its third edition as a three-volume set with a completely new editorial team in the "C.F. Müller Teaching and Reference Book" series. This work facilitates the integration of legal professionals into less familiar areas of special administrative law and consistently highlights the connection to the dogmatics of general administrative law. It also bridges the gap between academic administrative law and its diverse practical applications, vividly illustrating the internal connections of the subjects within special administrative law. The new edition is characterized by a much stronger incorporation of European and international law, as well as an emphasis on economic administrative law.
