The Corona crisis is a significant spiritual challenge. In this booklet, I present 28 meditations and soul exercises that strengthen our sovereignty and spiritual connection, and help to relax the collective field. These are meditations to clarify the emotional space, illuminate the thinking space, clarify one's social positioning, strengthen health, integrate death, and heal collective dark impulses. In the concluding chapter, I attempt to provide a spiritual context for the Corona crisis based on anthroposophy.
