Alice Matheson is a competent and quite attractive nurse who could have easily worked as a doctor - she has the capability for it. However, she prefers to use her talents - intelligence, calculation, and determination - in secret to pursue her true passion: she is a "Angel of Death," a cold-blooded killer who seeks her victims among the dying patients at St. Mary's Hospital in London. Her double life, however, takes a sudden turn when the first of her "patients" unexpectedly gets up shortly after she has administered a lethal dose. London is on the brink of a devastating zombie epidemic, and the hospital is at the center of it all. This is an unsettling situation even for a serial killer, especially since it means Alice Matheson now has to watch out for two sides.
