Brocéliande, a mythical forest in Brittany, is the setting for many legends surrounding King Arthur and his Round Table. It is also home to a variety of enchanting beings, including the learned goblin Orignace, who finds himself in a predicament: two rude Korrigans have invaded his tree hollow and demand that he write a story about them—one in which they play heroic roles, completely contrary to their nature. Orignace understandably lacks inspiration and seeks it in Brocéliande, where he can observe the young Merlin courting the beautiful Viviane. Through a trick involving a white stag, Merlin hopes to get closer to her. However, he has not accounted for three hunters who are searching for prey in the forest... A modern comic fairy tale full of magic, fairies, and goblins.
