Our world, in a possible future... A group of teenagers, left to fend for themselves, is forced to survive in a devastated, nameless mega-city. Nothing else lives or grows there anymore, except for a few lichens or rats. And that's not even the worst part: robots hunt day and night for anything that might still be hiding human life somewhere in the ruins. But one day, a scouting party encounters a robot that behaves strikingly differently. Not only does it not attack the group, but it even seems to seek out the company of humans. A dark dystopia filled with plenty of action and manga influences, while also being a gripping parable about communication and trust.
