This mindful warm-up for body, breath, hearing, and voice allows actors to optimally prepare for their daily work on stage. The experienced speech coach Barbara Maria Bernhard demonstrates how the targeted connection between the larynx and hearing enhances vocal performance. The method offers opportunities for replenishment and regeneration, especially in the extreme situations of theater life. With the exercise program, which consists of fifty interchangeable training units, users quickly and easily learn how to fill large spaces vocally while authentically bringing their character to life. Additionally, the author illustrates how the training method can be applied to choral speaking through two current theater productions.
