Product details
Development projects with suppliers often have different starting situations. This complicates the selection of controlling instruments. Based on process types with the dimensions of innovation level, degree of integration, and team composition, criteria for determining suitable controlling instruments in the development phases are developed through an exploratory case study and a literature review. Key findings are summarized in the form of result theses. Detailed results for controlling design are presented in tabular form.
