The book "Advanced Design Techniques for RF Power Amplifiers" offers a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical aspects, modeling, and design strategies for high-efficiency power amplifiers in the radio frequency range. It begins with an analytical review of the current state of the art and then moves on to the theoretical analysis of BJT Class-F amplifiers near the transition frequency.
