Software projects present significant challenges for all stakeholders. A frequently complex project environment leads to constantly changing requirements for the project goal. A key role is played by the individuals involved, whose personal skills, specific expertise, and personality have a considerable impact on achieving the goal of completing the software. The method presented by Tobias Trepper, Pik-AS (Project Management in Cooperation - Agile and Systemic), not only combines scientifically grounded innovative insights from systemic organizational consulting but also analyzes the three predominant trends in project management – classical, systemic, and agile – with a particular focus on the individuals themselves.
