Product details
Susanne Niklas analyzes key influencing factors of initial acceptance and continued use of mobile applications. Using mobile job portals as an example, the author investigates application features as well as individual goals and usage motivations that affect the ongoing use of mobile applications in an empirical study. While mobile applications enjoy high acceptance in terms of downloads, they are often used only once and then forgotten. The results of the causal analysis provide points of reference for sustainable application development and marketing to address the common issue of one-time usage.
