The work presents selected topics from innovation and change management. Both areas represent central and significant management tasks in the current market and competitive environment. This applies to all industries and economic sectors, including large corporations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as public institutions or organizations in the non-profit sector. Innovation and change processes are always directly linked and interact with each other. By examining specific issues in companies from various sectors, through practical examples and in the form of an empirical study, the work places a special focus on the transfer between theory and practice, addressing both the practical and academic target groups.
